Every Wednesday through the end of July from 9 am-3:30 pm.
Thursday clinics are for primarily for youth vaccines but will be able to provide COVID-19 also from 9 am- 3:30 pm, with the exception of the 4th Thursday each month, when time changes from 11 am- 5:30 pm.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. To schedule an appointment, go to https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov. Click on Check Eligibility and Book My Appointment. When visiting our building, we ask that you wear a mask and refrain from visiting if you are ill. We’ll be offering the single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine during the clinics also. Persons with health insurance should bring their insurance card. There are no out-of-pocket costs, regardless of whether the person is insured or uninsured, but we will bill their insurance company to help cover our administration costs.

We’ll also have free COVID-19 antigen home test kits available at the clinics. This allows anyone with COVID-like symptoms to quickly find out if they have COVID-19. The test is done at home under the supervision of a telehealth guide, and results are available in 15 minutes.
Please be patient with us as we continue coordination.
